Gianpaolo Scarola
Gianpaolo Scarola is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, corporate law, and estate planning. Mr. Scarola has represented purchasers, sellers, and lenders in thousands of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also advises companies and entrepreneurs across numerous industries, assisting individuals in all aspects of starting, running, and selling a business, including the negotiation of commercial leases. In addition, Mr. Scarola counsels individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning and administration.
After graduating from the prestigious Regis High School in New York, Mr. Scarola attended New York University under a Trustees Scholarship, graduating in just over three years with degrees in Political Science and History. After working at a major investment bank, Mr. Scarola attended St. John's University School of Law on a full scholarship. He graduated from law school with academic honors.
Mr. Scarola has given lectures at The Theodore Roosevelt American Inn of Court, the New York City Bar Association, NYPD Community Outreach Programs, the Long Island Board of Realtors, and numerous other civic and philanthropic organizations. He has also lectured attorneys on ethical matters, real estate transactions, and forming a law practice. He is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association, and the Regis Bar Association.

Michael Mouzakitis
Michael Mouzakitis counsels individuals and companies in all aspects of real estate transactions, representing purchasers, sellers, and lenders. He regularly represents clients in a variety of estate planning, business litigation, and personal injury matters. Mr. Mouzakitis also advises small and large business owners regarding commercial transactions and contractual matters.
Mr. Mouzakitis began his legal career working for a firm in New York specializing in insurance coverage, premises liability, municipal liability, and motor vehicle liability claims. He was extensively involved in several complex litigation matters, some of which were sensitive, high profile cases that attracted media attention.
Mr. Mouzakitis is fluent in Greek and is admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court of New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
Prior to law school, Mr. Mouzakitis earned a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
